2025 International Women’s Day

We believe in recognising and celebrating the incredible contributions of women—not just today, but every day. This year, we combined our End of Month Drinks with International Women’s Day to honour the women who play an essential role in our business and beyond.

With this year’s theme, Accelerate Action, we reflected on the progress made in the home-building industry while also acknowledging the work still to be done in fostering inclusivity and opportunity. Women are a driving force behind Hudson Homes, contributing their expertise, leadership and innovation across every department. From sales and design to construction and customer care, their dedication shapes the way we build homes and create communities.

But it’s not just within our business where women make an impact. Behind every home built, there’s often an incredible network of mothers, wives, sisters and daughters providing support, strength and encouragement. Their influence is felt far beyond the workplace, and we want to take a moment to recognise and appreciate them as well.

Our International Women’s Day celebration is a chance for our team to come together, reflect and show gratitude for the women who make a difference every single day. As a company, we remain committed to supporting and empowering women in our industry, ensuring they have the opportunities, recognition and encouragement they deserve.
