- Stamp Duty Concessions & Tax Breaks: In many states, first home buyers building a new home can access reduced or waived stamp duty, further lowering upfront costs.
- Increased Income Caps: Recent updates to schemes like the HGS have raised income thresholds, helping more Australians qualify for support.
