The HIA Awards are held in the highest regard within the residential building community and have grown to become one of the most distinguished Housing Awards program. These Awards recognise the achievements of those who lead the way in the design, construction, innovation and technology of residential housing.

The winners were announced at the HIA-CSR Hunter Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards at Western Suburbs Leagues Club on Saturday the 24^th of October 2015, before a crowd of local industry leaders and peers from across the Hunter and Central Coast regions.

Judged by industry professionals, the awards acknowledge the talent of designers, builders, suppliers and manufacturers who plan and construct quality new homes, townhouses, renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and outdoor projects.

It is with great pride that Hudson Homes, in our first year as entrants into the HIA awards, announces that it was presented with the following award for the Cedar on display at Heritage Parc:

WINNER – Best Display Home $320,001 to $350,000

Hudson Homes were also finalists in the following categories:

• FINALIST – Best Display Home $300,001 to $320,000 (for the Tiffany at Wallis Creek)
• FINALIST – Display Home of the Year
• FINALIST – Work Health and Safety

The award winning Cedar design can be viewed at the Heritage Parc display village whilst the Tiffany, being a Best Display Home finalist in the $300,001 to $320,000 category, is on display at Wallis Creek.

Furthermore, being one of just two finalists in the coveted Work Health and Safety category of the awards demonstrates that Hudson Homes cares just as much about the safety of its employees and its contractors as they do about the satisfaction of their customers.
