Jillian's journey into the home-building industry began in South Africa. While she was a stay-at-home mom, a chance encounter with a real estate agency owner sparked her career. Seeing Jillian's potential, the owner offered her a position as a new homes sales consultant. She embraced the opportunity and quickly became the top salesperson for two consecutive years, selling off-plan apartments, townhouses, and villas. Her passion for the industry led her to start her own company, where she continued to sell off-plan builds for various builders throughout the Western Cape.

Today, Jillian enjoys meeting new people every day and forming meaningful connections with clients. She takes pride in understanding her clients' needs and working closely with them to find the perfect balance of design, aesthetics, location, and budget. "There’s nothing quite like seeing the smiles on my clients' faces when they step into their new home for the first time—it’s even better than what they envisioned," she shares.

A memorable moment for Jillian was when she helped a first-time homebuyer named Zoe, who was nervous about taking the leap into property ownership. Jillian guided Zoe every step of the way, from choosing the ideal floorplan to customising finishes and celebrated with her when she moved into her beautiful new home. It’s moments like these that reinforce Jillian’s dedication to making the home-buying process as seamless and rewarding as possible.
